Join Us to Support Neonic Regulation

April 21 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

An informational hearing on SF3083, a bill to regulate neonic treated seeds, will be held Monday, April 21 at 3:00.

**Neonics are routinely found in Minnesota streams at levels harmful and lethal to aquatic insects yet neonic-treated seeds are not regulated.**

**Protecting and improving our trout fisheries requires we act to protect and improve the aquatic insect populations that trout depend on.**

Please attend the hearing in-person and wear blue, and your MNTU swag! Opportunities for verbal testimony are very limited, but we want to pack the room with supporters as much as possible!

Consider sharing written testimony. We have provided a template for you to start from here.

Share your written testimony on SF 3083 with [email protected] by 2pm Friday April 18. She will submit it on your behalf. You can also submit it to the committee yourself per the instructions on the committee website. If you would like help with written testimony, please reach out!

This is an excellent opportunity to show legislators that anglers care deeply about the impacts of neonics on our trout streams.
