Split Rock River

Goals: Improve trout habitat through creation of deep pools and overhead cover. Also provide easier access for anglers.
Methods:
• Revitalizing and replacing failing wood and rock habitat structures installed in the 1950’s.
• Installation of new habitat structures
• Improve current structures that are causing erosion issues.
Implementation: Construction will begin summer 2014.
