he NRDC Action Fund, the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA), and Minnesota Trout Unlimited have filed a petition calling on the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) to adopt rules to protect Minnesota’s environment and people from neonicotinoids and other dangerous insecticides.
